Napa Valley-Inspired Retail Destination Breaks Ground in Alpharetta

Lincoln Property Company is set to develop a 43,700-square-foot, Napa Valley-inspired retail center at the corner of Haynes Bridge Road and Morrison Parkway. Featuring an inviting outdoor activity lawn, the project—dubbed The Shoppes—will be located less than a mile from downtown Alpharetta and the popular Avalon development.

The Shoppes will be part of a larger mixed-use community known as The Gathering, where Brock Built has already begun construction on single-family homes and townhomes. The Gathering will offer many amenities, including a community garden and access to the Alpha Loop, a paved path providing connectivity to Downtown Alpharetta, Avalon, Northwinds, and the Big Creek Greenway.

The Shoppes development will feature seven buildings showcasing casual architectural elegance, ranging from 4,225 to 8,400 square feet, designed to accommodate single or multiple retailers.

“Alpharetta has become Atlanta’s most desirable suburban town, with a growing population that is poised to benefit from The Shoppes at The Gathering. The development’s proximity to downtown Alpharetta offers walkability in a traditionally suburban market and will help us curate the development and attract best-in-class local and national retailers and eateries looking to expand their footprint or enter this growing market.” – Tony Bartlett, Lincoln’s Executive Vice President and Atlanta Market Leader

Lincoln expects to begin construction this fall, with completion anticipated in Q4 2026.
