Avalon Celebrates 5 Years

Avalon, Alpharetta’s very own 86-acre transformational mixed-used dvelopment celebrated 5 years on October 30th.

It’s economic impact has resulted in over 4,500 jobs created, more than 470,000 square feet of Class A office brought to the market, Georgia’s first fiberhood, and international recognition as a blueprint for successful, mixed-use development.
